Returning by Courier

Courier Return & Packing Instructions

Follow these steps carefully when returning your rented jewellery by courier. Careful packing protects delicate pieces during transit.

Step 1 — Prepare the Box

Line the bottom of the jewellery box/container with suitable cushioning such as bubble wrap or other safe protective material.

Step 2 — Pack Each Item Separately

  • Place each jewellery item in the provided zip cover or pouch where available.
  • Delicate items may also be wrapped in soft cloth or suitable tissue protection before placing them in the protective cover.
  • Prevent jewellery pieces from rubbing against each other.

Step 3 — Arrange Necklaces and Harams

  • Place necklaces and harams carefully.
  • Avoid sharp folding.
  • Avoid tangling.
  • Arrange them neatly over suitable cushioning.

Step 4 — Arrange Smaller Items

Arrange earrings, chutti, mattal, and other smaller pieces securely. Ensure that they cannot move freely inside the box.

Step 5 — Place the Hipbelt

Place the hipbelt gently with appropriate separation and cushioning. Do not force or sharply bend the hipbelt.

Step 6 — Place Jada Accessories and Delicate Pieces

Position jada accessories and other delicate pieces securely with adequate cushioning. Ensure they cannot move or collide with heavier jewellery items.

Step 7 — Final Cushioning

Fill empty spaces using suitable cushioning material.

The goal is to prevent:

  • shaking
  • impact
  • scratching
  • bending
  • movement during transit

Step 8 — Seal and Courier

  • Close the jewellery container securely.
  • Place the inner container inside a strong outer cardboard carton.
  • Seal the outer carton properly using strong packing tape.
  • Use a reliable and trackable courier service.
  • Professional courier services are recommended.
